CNC Ganrty Plasma Cutting Machine
CNC gantry flame / plasma cutting machine is a high-efficiency, high-precision multi-functional cutting equipment. It can automatically cut any plane graphics. It can also complete longitudinal multi-head straight bar cutting. The machine is a comprehensive CNC cutting machine with one plasma torch and two flame torches. The distance between the two longitudinal rails is 3000 mm (customized), and is driven bilaterally. The machine has reasonable configuration and perfect functions. It can not only cut various carbon steel plates with flame, but also cut non-ferrous metal plates such as stainless steel, aluminum and copper with plasma. Optional dust suction device

The principle of the blowing and suction type dust removal and smoke removal device: the dust removal system of the HX6000 CNC plasma cutting machine is a follow-up suction type, and the suction channel is provided on the inner side of the cutting machine track. The air extraction table is divided into a number of spaced air ducts with equal geometric dimensions. When the dust removal system is working, the suction port only controls the interval between the three vertical plates at the lower part of the cutting platform, and always ensures that the smoke is generated at the cutting position of the cutting head. The system uses small air volume, and the cutting platform is relatively simple, the overall investment cost is small, and the dust removal efficiency is high. Generally, the dust removal effect is best when the coverage of the steel plate above the cutting platform reaches more than 80%.
