We support 24 hours online service, and can use remote control to help you check and solve the problem. And we also support door service to install and teaching.
Q3. How do I install the machine after I receive it?
We have prepared a complete user manual, installation preparation guide and installation video. These documents will be sent to you in advance and you can prepare according to them. After the machine arrives, we will set up an online group where our engineers will be available to guide you, and we will stay online 24 hours a day.
Q4. Does the machine have CE , ISO and other safety certificates?
All our machines has safety certificates. You can ask for the electronic version of the certificate with our sales staff.
