Product introduction:
CNC Flame & Plasma Cutting Machine, also known as Gantry-type Flame & Plasma Cutting Machine, is effectively used to cut Metal Work Pieces into random shape with over 6-mm thickness

The machine consists following features:

1. Both driving end and cross beams adopt box-beam welding structure whose stress has been relieved, it features compact structure, light weight, good rigidity, small deformation and artistic appearance.

2. The driving of the main longitudinal end beam and moving of transverse torch adopts Japan Panasonic servo driver and motor which drives Japan SHIMPO reducer through rack-and-pinion gearing.

3. The side of driving end beam equipped with horizontal guiding wheels which can make the guiding wheel press rail tightly by adjusting its eccentric shaft to ensure the stability and accuracy.

4. The longitudinal guide rails are all made by high intensity track, all the contact surface of track has precision machining and accurate grinding racks are installed outside the guide way.

5. The longitudinal guide rails are firmed by pressing plate backing board and connecting sleeve, which can ensure the longitudinal straightness and parallelism of rail.

6. Automatic igniter and height controller of torch can be chosen according to customer's requirement, with convenient operation.

Auto-height controller
During plasma cutting, the arc sub-tracking height adjustment can be performed, which can detect the height of the plate and adjust it automatically, which can effectively avoid the faults such as the gun and arc interruption, and effectively guarantee the service life of the cutting nozzle.
Ground rails
The track needs to be installed on site by the customer when the goods are received, and installed according to the specific installation drawings and installation manual. In addition, if you need to increase the cutting length during later use, you can also increase it according to customer needs.

Optional -- dust suction device

The principle of the blowing and suction type dust removal and smoke removal device: the dust removal system of the HX6000 CNC plasma cutting machine is a follow-up suction type, and the suction channel is provided on the inner side of the cutting machine track. The air extraction table is divided into a number of spaced air ducts with equal geometric dimensions. When the dust removal system is working, the suction port only controls the interval between the three vertical plates at the lower part of the cutting platform, and always ensures that the smoke is generated at the cutting position of the cutting head. The system uses small air volume, and the cutting platform is relatively simple, the overall investment cost is small, and the dust removal efficiency is high. Generally, the dust removal effect is best when the coverage of the steel plate above the cutting platform reaches more than 80%.
